We do not believe in a singular approach to a client's mental health. Each client is unique and has the inherent potential to help themselves. At Pravaah you will embark on a collaborative journey between therapist and client.
One-on-one sessions are where the client and therapist work towards deriving a deeper understanding of the client’s patterns. These learnings arm the client to cope with stressers and traumas; and develop a healthier sense of relating to themselves and the world around.

Couples counselling is oriented towards resolving issues stemming from the interpersonal relationship. Using techniques to identify areas of discord, the therapist helps the couple work through challenges, understand their relationship better, and communicate effectively.
Typically used for children between the ages of 3-16, play therapy allows children and adolescents to express themselves, identify problem areas, address unresolved trauma, and experience personal growth. Here, play is used as the language of communication to provide an intervention.

This form of psychotherapy takes place with a group of people - usually 4-5 individuals that come together once a month. Led by a trained therapist, the group dynamic offers a support network that encourages self awareness and social sensitivity. The aim is to change behaviour through interpersonal confrontation, self disclosure and strong emotional expression.
Circles consist of various offerings wherein groups come together to introspect, explore and experience themselves via different modalities. These groups encourage new perspectives and tolerance towards different opinions. Circles aim to create a fluid community who come together over a shared love of conversation and reflection.
